Director, F&B Procurement

The Director of Procurement Food & Beverage (F&B) position will work to evolve the F&B Procurement Strategy across the AMER region through continuous improvement and refinement. In addition, this position will collaborate with the Head of Procurement, Category to set strategic direction and drive the delivery and implementation of key and Procurement, Brand and Operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven examples of strategy development and implementation in their current role, demonstrated ability to build key internal and external relationships, and excellent communication skills, including developing presentations for executive review.
Your day to day
- Developing and delivering an F&B strategy that takes a regional (AMER) lens with delivery focused on the US market. Including collaborating with teams responsible for Canada/MLAC as needed.
- Rethinking the F&B supply chain and contracting model to drive maximum ROI for Investors/Owners, this includes challenging the "status quo" of what has been in place.
- Develop the goals for the F&B category in support of the overall Operate category objectives/goals.
- Responsible for the development and execution of large-scale agreements (GPO, Distribution, Key Manufacturers, etc.) with support of the category managers/specialists
- Responsible for delivery of the goals and objectives thru a team of Category Managers/Specialists, this includes the delivery of projects and contracts in a timely manner, savings objectives, etc.
- Key POC for the F&B category, attending various leadership meetings as needed with key stakeholders and suppliers.
What we need from you
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver a robust strategy across F&B
- Ability to negotiate and complete large scale GPO, Distribution and Manufacturer agreements
- Demonstrated leadership capability - i.e. how have you delivered thru your team
- Deep F&B industry expertise across AMER
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; including development of decks for senior leadership
Travel - 20% travel required
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $165,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
