Job Description
Nursing Home Administrator — Clermont Park | Denver, CO
Pay range is $96,500 - $120,700 based on relevant experience.
Bold Leadership. Radical Culture-Change. Community at its Best.
Are you a culture-change warrior with a heart for people and the leadership chops to back it up? Clermont Park is looking for an experienced, mission-driven Nursing Home Administrator to help us lead with purpose and transform the experience of aging.
This isn’t your typical administrator role. We want a visible, high-energy leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, get out of the office, and build a thriving, person-directed community alongside our residents and team members.
What We Stand For:
At Clermont Park, we live and breathe citizenship, inclusion, and belonging. We believe residents deserve more than care — they deserve to thrive. Our skilled nursing neighborhood is guided by a deep commitment to Eden Philosophy of Person-directed care, and supporting our team so they can bring their best every day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Partnering with the Executive Director to oversee operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality of life, and regulatory compliance.
✔ Leading department directors, supervisors, and administrative staff with integrity, heart, and clear expectations.
✔ Collaborating with marketing and admissions teams to meet occupancy goals and adapt to changing marketplace conditions.
✔ Developing, implementing, and monitoring policies, programs, and systems that promote outstanding care and efficient operations.
✔ Managing budgets (operating and capital) with sharp financial acumen.
✔ Building relationships with residents, families, volunteers, community groups, and partners — because connection is at the heart of what we do.
✔ Promoting transparency, unity, and exceptional customer service in everything you touch.
✔ Staying engaged — expect to be out in the community at least 50% of the time, building trust, inspiring your team, and ensuring residents feel seen and valued.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have at least 2 years of successful leadership experience guiding a high-performing skilled nursing team.
- Are a champion of person-directed care and understand the importance of culture change in senior living.
- Thrive in a visible leadership role and love being among residents and staff.
- Have strong knowledge of financial management, quality measures, QAPI, and regulatory compliance — and you lead with both head and heart.
- Are passionate about building community, fostering relationships, and resolving challenges with compassion and fairness.
Just so you know, there are Bonus points if you’re not afraid to dance at a resident event, sing along to a favorite tune, or deliver a good joke — a sense of humor and joy is always welcome here :)!
