About the Role We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to help us improve the quality, reliability, and performance of our product suite. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working closely with engineers and product managers, and has a strong background in test automation and quality processes. You’ll help us catch issues before they reach production, ensure smooth releases, and advocate for continuous improvements in our engineering workflows. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and Selenium. • Execute manual and automated tests across web and mobile applications to ensure product quality. • Identify, document, and track bugs in collaboration with engineers—pushing back where needed to maintain standards. • Partner with developers to design and improve test coverage and build quality checks into the development lifecycle. • Support regression testing, release readiness, and smoke tests during major product launches. • Create and maintain clear QA documentation, including test cases, plans, and reports. • Provide feedback loops that improve the usability, reliability, and stability of the product. Requirements • Hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium for automated testing. • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types (unit, integration, regression, UAT), and SDLC. • Proven ability to manage bug triage, ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), and cross-functional workflows. • Solid communication and collaboration skills—comfortable working directly with engineers and product managers. • Strong problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail. Bonus Points • Experience with SaaS products. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar). • Exposure to performance testing, API testing, or mobile automation frameworks. • Background in security or compliance testing.
