 We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our store. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staff management, customer service, sales, inventory management, and administrative tasks. The person in this role will create a positive and motivating work environment, set, and achieve sales targets, and enforce company policies and standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service 
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and expenses to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed 
  • Oversee inventory management processes, including stock replenishment, ordering, and stocktaking 
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting 
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively 
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations 
  • Support a positive and collaborative work culture, motivating and inspiring team members to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional performance 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times  

Requirements

 What You Bring to the Company:

  • Previous retail management experience is required 
  • Ability to effectively coach, mentor, and develop team members 
  • Excellent customer service skills with a customer-focused approach 
  • Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sales systems 
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends 
  • Must be able to frequently lift/carry/push/pull at minimum 35 lbs.? 
  • Must be able to occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.? 
  • Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop 
  • Must be able to walk and stand on hard surfaces for an extended period of time
