Inbound Logistics Associate

About This Role:
Vivrelle is seeking an Inbound Associate to play a critical role in its continued growth. Reporting directly to our Sr. Inbound Logistics Associate, this role will be responsible for Vivrelle’s inventory and client experience. This position is vital to supporting our large and growing member community. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in ensuring the accuracy and quality of incoming shipments by adhering to our standards
• Support the identification of items needing repair or removal due to damage
• Assist in accurately tagging all returned items and maintaining organized inventory records
• Update the status of returned items in our systems for efficient tracking
• Support in communicating with members about returned items, missing parts, or accidental shipments of personal belongings
• Assist in coordinating with other departments to prevent fraud and inform members of any order delays or issues
• Provide hands-on support to the Inbound Team, aiding in tasks such as opening and organizing incoming shipments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in the fashion and/or luxury space
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Analytical thinking while being customer-focused and brand-obsessed
• Conveying a can-do, positive attitude towards tackling challenges and opportunities
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to get the job done
