Job Objective:

Assists the Donor Engagement and Events Director of Eisenhower Health Foundation in meeting Annual Giving, Capital Campaign, 24/7 and Planned Giving fundraising goals; produces and delivers extremely detailed tasks, a high-level of organization and communication and compassion for others in a dynamic event environment. Attends Foundation events to ensure overall success as directed by leadership.

Experience:
Required: One (1) year of experience in a customer service role
Preferred: Fundraising, accounting, or event coordination experience

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and unexpected situations, Ability to create a welcoming environment for patients and visitors, demonstrating empathy and respect in all interactions, Ability to effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner, Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines, Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications, Ability to work in various environments, including indoor venues, outdoor spaces and large-scale event locations, Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail

Essential Responsibilities

1. Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
2. Answers RSVP Phone Line and takes accurate phone messages, RSVPs, event items and distributes appropriately.
3. Answers Events emails and gives donors proper answers in writing. 
4. Greets walk-in donors wanting to pay for an event and takes RSVPs for future events as requested. 
5. Supports donors with accessing their tickets for all ticketed events.
6. Responsible for physical event preparation, load-in, set-up and load out for indoor and outdoor events and tours.
7. Creates, proofs and sets up all Foundation Event name tags, ensuring accuracy and details.
8. Documents and communicates important and thoughtful details from donors to provide excellent customer service. 
9. Assists director with food and beverage, execution and presentation with vendors across all various levels of Foundation events.
10. Assists director with all rental execution and presentation with vendors across all various levels of Foundation events.
11. Assists director with all audio and visual planning, requests and execution across all various levels of Foundation events.
12. Attends and works all Eisenhower Health Foundation Events.
13. Assists director with purchasing all event-related items for third party events.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.
