What you’ll do
- Own the recruiting lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, coordinating, offers, and handoff
- Fill cleared roles (Secret, TS/SCI, Public Trust) across IT, cyber, and federal programs
- Partner with hiring managers to define must-haves and tighten timelines
- Maintain a high-touch candidate experience and airtight documentation (ATS/CRM)
- Flexible schedule with availability during normal business hours required
- Some weekends may be needed to meet deadlines and surge demands
- 1–3 years of recruiting or talent coordination experience (agency or in-house)
- Active clearance or experience recruiting cleared talent (DoD/Fed)
- Strong sourcing chops (LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, niche boards)
- Crisp communication, urgency, and comfort with shifting priorities
- Part-Time Remote work with surge coverage opportunities
