North American Construction Services, Ltd. is hiring an accounting specialist to join our team in Pinson, AL.

At Fives, we all have a part to play in achieving our common mission. Your role will be to:

• Finance
  • Complete weekly payroll and 1099
    • Balances sick, vacation time weekly
  • WorkMax – Support the field staff, write new reports, set up groups, and train new employees on how to use
  • Maintain insurance certificates
  • Setup new vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Mail monthly A/R statements
  • Reconcile Blue Cross Blue Shield Invoice
• General Office
  • Analyze office invoices (Verizon, Aramark etc.)
  • Receives and distributes mail and takes FEDEX and UPS packages to be shipped
  • Book hotel, flights and auto for team
  • Coordinate janitorial services
  • Office contact for water and coffee services

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with previous office or business experience
• Computer skills including MS Office and knowledge of accounting software
• Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Math and research skills
