We are looking for someone with full stack experience to help us ship and increase stability for our healthcare product at JoinAva.com. This includes the customer dashboard. It will also involve QA projects like CI/CD pipelines, unit tests, end to end testing.

About the Role

Kuzushi is reaching a critical growth inflection points. We’re getting ready to 10x our growth over the next three months. You will be tasked with helping us manage that growth - from ensuring our product is enterprise ready, to maintaining low latency, to accelerating our developer velocity through DevEx infrastructure.

We are on a mission to accelerate labor abundance in the Bedrock Economy, and we will do that by building the best engineering team.

What You'll Do

• Build!

• Lead the design of performant, beautiful, and usable interfaces

• Continuously improve our engineering processes, tools, and systems that allow us to scale the code base, productivity, and the team

• Collaborate on our technical vision. Lead discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects

What You Need

• Hunger for learning

• Have done previous backend work

• Have done previous frontend work

• Have setup CI/CD pipelines from end to end

• Can ship code very quickly (as a startup we like to move very fast)
