TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER (M/F/D)

Your mission

We are looking for a technical sales manager for our Nordic office in Mölndal, Sweden. 

• Taking care of existing industrial customers and projects in the area of photonics and electronics and actively submit technical solutions for the challenges of our customers. 
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and manage relationships with the supplier involved. 
• Collaboration with our partners and business line managers. 
• We believe that sales require meeting the customers at their site or premises so you shall be prepared to travel across the Nordic region with an expected 30 – 40 hotel nights per year.

Your profile

• A bachelor's degree (also PhD) in physics, electronics or optoelectronics and ideally experience in selling electronics and/or optical technologies. Any other relevant technical background will also be considered. 
• Good understanding of electronic and optical technologies at the component, device and system levels, combined with a sensitivity for business processes. 
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills. 
• Structured, goal oriented and independent approach. 
• Excellent MS Office and presentation skills. 
• Fluent in English, Finnish is a big plus
• Valid driver’s license.
