Manufacturing Technology Associate – MS&T

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Technology Associate to play a pivotal role in our Cell Therapy Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing laboratory activities, providing crucial support for Supporting the manufacturing process transfer and execution for CAR-T cell therapy, including cell culture, expansion, and downstream processing.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the manufacturing process for CAR-T cell therapy, including cell culture, expansion, and downstream processing.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
• Makes detailed observations, analyzes data, and interprets results. 
• Prepares precise technical reports summaries, protocols, quantitative analyses, and maintains appropriate documentation.
• Presents findings at internal meetings and may contribute to the preparation of reports and protocols.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records related to manufacturing activities and Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Execute laboratory experiments and support manufacturing investigations to advance the Cell Therapy Program.
• Provide hands-on support for manufacturing process activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or associate Degree preferably in Science or Engineering, preferable having Biology education.
• 0-2 years of applicable experience
• Upstream Technology Transfer experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP manufacturing principles and documentation.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to solve problems and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
