Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Actively participating in an international project team responsible for global HR transformation projects
- Acting as an expert for the organisation and management of working groups in order to harmonise international requirements
- Analysing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications as well as harmonising and optimising business processes through innovative IT solutions
- Creating technical solution concepts to build the foundation for a global HR template
- Serving as an interface between the HR departments, developers and external service providers
- Carrying out training courses, test workshops and rollouts in an international environment
- Ensuring compliance with audit and IT security requirements in the HR IT area
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- A degree or similar qualification with a focus on IT
- Several years of consulting experience, ideally in an IT or retail environment, and a strong understanding of the requirements in these areas
- Sound knowledge of HR processes and HR IT applications in order to implement the right solutions in a targeted manner
- Sound knowledge of IT landscapes and software developments in order to accurately assess technical dependencies
- Analytical and solution-focused approach to identify and efficiently implement improvement opportunities in complex business processes
- Professional fluency in English for international cooperation
Desirable extras.
- Experience in applying agile frameworks
- German language skills are a plus
- Practical experience using Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow
