Senior Events Manager

Description

Title: Sr. Events Manager Department: Event Marketing 

Reports to: Marketing Director

Purpose

The position exists to lead the Events Team to meet or exceed their KPI goals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure that Event policies and procedures are administered 

• Manage lead flow and ensure accuracy 

• Submit a growth plan and ensure goals are met 

• Manage the schedule of employees so all departments are staffed 

• Develop Team Leads to assist in training and lead flow 

• Audit the calendar for available capacity or to find errors.

• Utilize continuous improvement and training opportunities.

• Utilize all performance management tools and processes offered by RbA Central PA

• Support our culture of delighting internal and external customers.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of marketing policies.

• Open communication with other affiliates within the RBA network to ensure best practices 

• Maintain company equipment and vehicles allocated to the department 

Qualifications

• 4+ years previous experience in the Event Marketing or other related fields and/or a bachelor’s degree

• Experience developing leaders

• Ability to build rapport with all employees

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office
