Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a results-oriented Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will drive sales, maintain operational excellence, and foster a customer-focused culture to ensure a superior in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency

• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets

• Train, supervise, and motivate retail staff to provide outstanding customer service

• Manage inventory levels, merchandising standards, and visual displays

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and effectively

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and operational procedures

• Generate reports on sales, employee performance, and store operations for upper management

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for promotions, stock replenishment, and logistics

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and resolve conflicts quickly

• Familiarity with retail management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred

• Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX
