Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• In Office Monday – Friday, assist on weekends as needed. (Five day work week)
• Assist with Weekend Studio Shows as needed / Working on a weekend as needed.
• Supports both Remote PM and NY-based PM as required.
• Assist with Weekend Prep as needed.
• Assist Production Management Team.
• Assist with Talent needs.
• Assist with Studio Cost Trackers and Calendar.
• Call Sheet and Logistics for “This is MLS” / “Esto Es MLS”.
• Facilitate & Purchase Props as needed.
• Order and track Costs for Craft services.
• Order and track costs for Office supplies.
• Manage Employee Access Grid.
• Manage and Update distribution list
