Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Contributes directly or within team, specific tasks and technical activities in the site of allocation.

• Executes specific tasks related to continuous improvement in manufacturing technologies and processes in the plant.

• Contributes implementing or operating technologies as per FHCS sourcing/production strategies.

• Cooperates on new equipment development in the site.

Additional Responsibilities:

• He/she contributes to flawless and efficient collaboration between Production, Manuf. R&D and other relevant function in all the aspects related to engineering.

• Contributes to the plant technology roadmap

• Support the FHCS innovation pipeline contributing to new technologies development.

• Is accountable for one or more QA16 areas for the site.

Qualifications:

Interactions (internal & external):

• All plant(s) internal department (Engineering, Manufacturing R&D, SCM, QA, HSE Controlling, Production etc)

• Procurement

• External suppliers

Professional Experience & Education:

• Technical shool (preferred) degree (preferably Engineering)

• Good knowledge of local site language + preferrably in written and verbal English

• Preferrably Safety and environmental basic knowledge

Specific Knowledge:

• Flexibility, problem solving and priority setting oriented approach

• Good overall technical knowledge on relevant technologies for the site

• Leadership, relational, communication and presentation skills.
