$54.90 - $82.35The Transplant Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (APP) plays a vital role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care within a multidisciplinary transplant program. This position provides inpatient and outpatient clinical services for transplant surgery patients across the continuum of care, including pre‑operative evaluation, peri‑operative management, and post‑operative follow‑up. The APP participates in rotating day shifts and in‑house night coverage to ensure 24/7 service support.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical examinations.
Manage transplant surgery inpatients, including daily rounds, treatment planning, documentation, and discharge preparation.
Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests and imaging.
