About the role

Responsibilities included:

  • Learn and adhere to all applicable procedures required to perform assigned tasks
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to deliver documentation and testing in support of validations and automation projects
  • Perform other engineering and maintenance tasks as assigned
  • Project support on mechanical engineering, systems/industrial engineering, biomedical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or other related major applicable to manufacturing and automation design
  • Follow quality system, perform tests, data collection, recording, analysis, and documentation, support validations as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in university in an accredited Engineering or similar program
  • Ability to read and carefully follow instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Ability to program in at least one object-oriented programming language
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team

Additional Skills Desired:

  • Ability to program micro controllers (PLCs, Arduinos, Raspberry PIs, etc.)
  • Ability to setup robot and/or motor controllers
  • Ability to draw mechanical/electrical schematics with CAD software
  • Additional project portfolios can be submitted
