Position Overview

Under the direction of the Statewide Facility Management Administrator, assists in the statewide oversight of facility improvement projects of State operated facilities within the Department of Human Services. 

Essential Functions

• Serves as Facility Fiscal Liaison. 
• Provides guidance on Capital Development Board (CDB) funded capital projects to facility personnel. 
• Collaborates with the Facility Project Liaison on the entry and evaluation of User Budget Requests (UBRs) in the CDB eBuilder system. 
• Provides and maintains status report(s) on CDB projects and PIF projects to ensure target dates are met. 
• Performs other duties as assigned or required which are reasonable withing the scope of the duties enumerated above.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college, preferably with coursework in business or public administration.
• Requires one (1) year of responsible administrative experience in a public or business organizatio
