We are seeking a motivated and growth-driven Leadership Development Associate to join our team in San Antonio. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about organizational growth, talent development, and learning the fundamentals of business leadership. The ideal candidate will support internal leadership initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to building strategic capabilities across departments.
Responsibilities
Participate in leadership training programs and development workshops.
Assist senior leaders with strategic planning, team performance analysis, and project coordination.
Analyze operational challenges and help implement innovative, scalable solutions.
Contribute to employee engagement and team-building efforts.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to leadership effectiveness.
Collaborate with HR and other departments on organizational development projects.
Support internal communications and documentation related to leadership practices.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or a related field (required).
1–3 years of relevant work experience in a corporate, consulting, or leadership development setting.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt within a team-based culture.
