Because we are an Engineered To Order provider of gas processing equipment, you’ll enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a wide range of exposure to our processes for Month End Close, Accounts Receivables and Payables, and various types of reporting and account reconciliations.
Key Contributions:
- Maintain the highest confidentiality of company and employee information
- Process daily lockbox cash receipts
- Daily Bank to GL reconciliation
- Maintain AP Clearing Account Monthly
- A/R Milestone Invoicing
- Identify and accurately record Journal Entries to the General Ledger
- Assist with monthly closing process as directed
- Accurately enter time to ERP and provide reporting to payroll
- Maintain AR Master Account and Job Order Set Up
- Maintain company credit information (W-9, references, etc.)
- Learn the payroll administration process and run payroll as needed as the backup support to the Controller
- Coordinate AP Vendor Calls within the dept, providing responses to all inquires
- Administer accounts payable process / verify vendor billing, record AP invoices
- Direct retention of necessary AP documents
- Review and process expense reports
- Keep current vendor Certificates of Liability Insurance documents
- Coordinate Safety Reimbursements for Manufacturing personnel
- Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately
- Active listening, reading comprehension, and communicating with others to convey information effectively
- Ability to manage one’s own time and prioritize requests from management
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach with strong internal customer service skills are required.
- A proactive and accountable approach to all assigned tasks is required.
- Previous ERP experience is a plus but not required.
- Previous knowledge of bank reconciliations and GL reconciliations is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience following administrative and clerical procedures is required.
- Previous experience in managing files and records and answering phones is required.
- Previous experience using Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is required.

- This position will report to our Controller who is a seasoned Accounting professional with over 10 years of Accounting experience in manufacturing environments.
