Head of Global Marketing Operations & Programs

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Head of Global Marketing Operations & Programs to bring Asana’s marketing plan to life. Reporting to, and partnering closely with, the CMO you will oversee the operationalization of the marketing plan across the marketing leads and cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll own and drive the centralized functions the entire marketing team relies on to tell Asana’s story to a global audience. You’ll help us make sure the marketing team and CMO have what they need to own the space–from making sure they have the right data, to a highly optimized Web site, to the processes they need to get things done.
What you’ll achieve:
- Drive the operationalize of global marketing programs and initiatives
- Lead the marketing shared services –including web, operations, email, QMR, and data teams. Making sure they are accessed and optimized for the entire marketing team.
- Define key marketing metrics, and ensure team and stakeholders are enabled with relevant data and customer insights to support major decisions (budget, priorities, etc)
- Develop and manage the marketing budget in partnership with Head of Marketing
- Serve as Head of Marketing main PoC/CoS; own department wide communications- translating CMO priorities to Asana leadership, team, and stakeholders
- Be the central point of contact for the CMO for the QOR process, and be the 'Owner" of marketing data working with the data analytics team
About you:
- 10+ years of experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on marketing operations, web, data, and/ or research
- Proven track record of driving successful global marketing programs and campaigns
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong budget management and financial acumen
- Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
- Strong project management skills–Asana product experience a huge plus.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $288,00 - $390,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
