What You Will Do
- Collaborate closely with the Pricing Director and leadership team to drive strategic decision-making, ensuring successful program execution and the development of new business strategies.
- Provide expert compliance guidance on complex matters, ensuring all proposals adhere to full FAR regulations.
- Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages growth, innovation, and professional development.
- Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, offering strategic guidance and support in crafting and executing their career development plans.
- Oversee and support internal and external audits, ensuring thorough preparation and compliance.
- Respond to ad-hoc FP&A requests and deliver insightful analysis to support business decisions.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Qualifications You Must Have
- Experience in leading and/or mentoring a team
- Expertise knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation) regulations
- Experience in proposal development and negotiation
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience
- Active and transferable Top Secret Clearance is required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in working with Government accounting & proposals
- Experience with Microsoft Office including extensive experience in Excel
- Experience with ProPricer & SAP
