Become a member of the Banking Segment, commercial and sales operations – pricing team as a Senior Pricing Specialist and work in a motivated international team.

You will be collaborating with Banking segment business executives and their respective team members such as sales, product management, and other subject matter experts to drive a pricing culture aimed at enhancing customer and business outcomes, while using advanced pricing analytics methodologies to continuously improve pricing, profitability, and cash flow performance.

 

• Collaborate within a cross functional team to assess pricing competencies over strategy, execution, governance, analytics, technology, and tax considerations and build a continuous improvement plan, for the short-medium-long-term.
• Help business leaders use pricing a strategic lever to improve revenue, profitability, and cash flow using the pricing excellence initiative – transition to pricing team in 2024 while managing continuous improvements over the long-term.
• Use pricing analytics methodologies to create a powerful mechanism that functions as a catalyst and a metrics engine for managing profitability.
• Draw upon pricing analytics to help executives more clearly understand both internal and external factors impacting price, revenue, profitability, and cash flow at a granular level.
• Draw upon pricing insights to accelerate and to improve the quality of decision-making over areas such as opportunities, which customers to focus on, and which products / services to focus on.
• Contribute into the annual operating plan with pricing targets and other relevant metrics. 
   

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of large | public corporation experience, preferably in pricing analytics or related discipline.
• Bachelor's degree | diploma.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel and other large data management tool skills.
• Knowledge in Tableau, PowerBI (or similar BI tools).
• Experience in working with enormous amounts of information, ideally knowledge of Alteryx or SQL.
• Demonstrated experience building and delivering impactful presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mature and disciplined to build and maintain trust at all levels.
• Consensus builder, and very capable to influence and to manage demanding situations.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $105,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant experience.
