What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs.
• Provide direct patient care and support functional independence.
• Supervise and collaborate with COTAs and Rehab Aides.
• Document patient progress and communicate with families and care teams.
• Contribute to care planning, case reviews, and interdisciplinary meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Washington OT license + CPR certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• A passion for patient-centered care and teamwork.

Requirements

Education

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of occupational therapy

Licenses/Certification

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
• Current CPR certification

Experience

• Six months experience in a long term care environment preferred.
