We are seeking a mission-oriented Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic therapy team!

What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs.
- Provide direct patient care and support functional independence.
- Supervise and collaborate with COTAs and Rehab Aides.
- Document patient progress and communicate with families and care teams.
- Contribute to care planning, case reviews, and interdisciplinary meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Washington OT license + CPR certification.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
- A passion for patient-centered care and teamwork.

Requirements
Education
- Must have graduated from an accredited school of occupational therapy
Licenses/Certification
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
- Current CPR certification
Experience
- Six months experience in a long term care environment preferred.
