As a Sr. Analyst Revenue Operations supporting the Director, Lens Strategy & Operations and the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to forecast Gross to Net, set clear KPIs for Customer & Consumer programs, and develop standardized performance reporting and data visualizations.  The Sr. Analyst Revenue Operations will be responsible for helping identify actionable insights that can influence decision-making and own monthly/quarterly payment processes to ensure timely and accurate payments are made to Customers and Distributors. They will also help provide visibility to program performance across a series of stakeholders including the US leadership team, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, and Field Sales at Fort Worth, TX.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Develop models to support decision making process
• Utilize analytics techniques to drive analysis that results in actionable insights and recommendations that optimize business performance, revenue generation, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare standard monthly reporting, develop & maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) dashboards to monitor and communicate performance to leadership
• Responsible for calculating quarterly rebates for core programs
• Responsible for processing and Partner Pricing for Marlo and non-Marlo accounts
• Oversee the processing and audit of ADCR credits
• Create support tools for field sales reps
• Maintain key program KPI dashboards for field programs
  • Partner pricing
  • Growth and share program dashboards & calculations
  • VC Price inbox mgmt.
• Support in ad hoc analysis, reporting, project management, and other areas as needed

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs.; Assoc.+6 yrs.; M.S.+0 yrs.) 
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience
