The Automation Services team at Salesforce builds and delivers business process automation and management to the Salesforce platform. We're looking to add an experienced Flow practitioner to our product management team to drive the evolution of our products in close collaboration with engineering, customers, and other Salesforce stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements at a detailed level that demonstrates mastery of your domain. Build and maintain roadmaps for one or more products and work with other PMs to deliver a unified vision.

• Encourage and collaborate with teams of architects, engineers, and doc writers to implement features.

• Facilitate communication throughout the development process between a variety of internal teams as well as customer-facing teams, ensuring that products satisfy customers' needs and are highly adopted.

• Serve as a product evangelist with Marketing, Sales, Support, and more to help them understand the vision, roadmap and standard processes.

• Define and analyze metrics that advise the success of your products.

• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to improve user satisfaction.

• Be the trusted advisor during customer interactions, events, and through social media.

Requirements

• Substantial Flow builder experience. This generally means you’ve spent time as a Salesforce implementer, developer, or systems/solution engineer.

• A passion for applying technology to implement practical and sophisticated solutions to complex business processes

• A strive to build outstanding products.

• 2-3 years of experience product leading or developing technology products, or equivalent corporate experience oriented towards the creation of technology.

• Self-motivated, meticulous, and assertive.

• A Creative thinker who thrives on solving challenging problems and looking outside the box.

• Can hold your own in debates with technical architects, engineers, and designers.

• Grasp the big picture, while still delivering on the details.

• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience managing teams using agile/scrum methodologies.

Preferred:

• Demonstrated experience working with and productizing process automation technologies

• Demonstrated experience as a consumer/user/customer of the Salesforce platform

• You should be able to code, though you don't have to be an engineer.

• Experience extending Flow via template, actions, and screen components

Location
Preference will be given to candidates based within 1 hour of Salesforce hubs in San Francisco, Seattle, Atlanta, and Indianapolis.
