Activities Assistant (Full-time)

  The Rose Senior Living is recruiting for Life Enrichment Coordinator.  In this role you will be responsible planning, scheduling, and coordinating meaningful activities appropriate to the needs and interests of residents and conducive to their physical, mental and social well-being.
  Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Life Enrichment Coordinator: 

• Engages Memory Care residents in social activities throughout the day.
• Assists with the planning, coordinating of activities: current events, discussion groups, sensory stimulation, cultural activities, religious services, special entertainment, outside trips, special events, as instructed.
• Performs and directs the movement of residents to and from recreational areas.
• Directs volunteer activities, enlists their support and coordinates their efforts; provides training and supervision of volunteers.
• Maintains accurate count of residence activity attendance.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
 

• High school diploma or GED required 
• Associate’s degree preferred 
• Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred

 Base Pay: $18/hr
