CACI's SAFFIRE team is at the forefront of developing and operating state-of-the-art of Geospatial Intelligence analysis software. The SAFFIRE team builds and maintains an exceptionally powerful platform enabling our users to address challenging real-world problems by converting disparate data into actionable information. The team is deeply passionate about its mission and takes tremendous pride in our work.  We work directly with operational users to design, develop, and maintain capabilities that empower analysts to create actionable intelligence from the massive volumes of Geospatial Intelligence data to give our intel and combat organizations the decision advantage over our near-peer adversaries.

Required qualifications:

• A U.S. Citizen and the ability to obtain & hold a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelors degree in computer science or similar field of study, or certification from a respected software coding organization,
• Understanding of programming principles, such as object-orientation and use of design patterns
• Experience in one or more of the following: Java, C++, Python, or a similar object-oriented language
• The attitude, aptitude and willingness to learn current technologies and improve upon your knowledge
• A dedication to continuous improvement
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks, and escalate issues and roadblocks
• Eagerness to learn, promote, and mentor best practices
• The ability to collaborate, problem solve, and debate potential solutions with peers to determine the best approach

 
Desired Qualifications:

• DevOps tools, including Gitlab, Nexus, MiniKube and SonarQube
• Server-side data technologies like Elasticsearch, spring Boot or similar
• Server-side containerization technologies like Docker, Helm, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodology, processes, and techniques
• Unique knowledge and experience you bring to the team
