We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to join our team and support the design and implementation of leadership training programs. This role is ideal for a motivated and strategic thinker with a passion for organizational growth, talent development, and building strong leaders. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify development needs, curate content, and facilitate learning experiences that make a lasting impact.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and executing leadership development programs and workshops
Analyze performance and feedback to recommend improvements in training strategies
Support coaching sessions and leadership assessments
Conduct research on leadership trends and integrate insights into development initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between company goals and leadership strategies
Prepare learning materials, track progress, and report outcomes
Provide support in developing high-potential employees across departments
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or HR-related roles
Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills
Analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with training tools or platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
