We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to join our team and support the design and implementation of leadership training programs. This role is ideal for a motivated and strategic thinker with a passion for organizational growth, talent development, and building strong leaders. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify development needs, curate content, and facilitate learning experiences that make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing leadership development programs and workshops

• Analyze performance and feedback to recommend improvements in training strategies

• Support coaching sessions and leadership assessments

• Conduct research on leadership trends and integrate insights into development initiatives

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between company goals and leadership strategies

• Prepare learning materials, track progress, and report outcomes

• Provide support in developing high-potential employees across departments

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or HR-related roles

• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills

• Analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with training tools or platforms

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
