• In partnership with our CRO, Regional GM’s and Product Leadership, you will define and lead a bold Field Engineering strategy that raises the bar for how nCino engages clients, prospects and partners — translating an innovative vision into a compelling demonstration of their operational future and the business outcomes that result, while ensuring we meet them where they are today.  
   

Global Leadership & Team Development 

• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing global Field Engineering organization comprised of Pre-sales Product Specialists and Solution Architects. 

• Redefine how Field Engineering aligns with Product & Engineering, Customer Success, and FDE teams in an AI-first market — where the pace of innovation demands a level of cross-functional coordination that traditional GTM models weren't built to handle. 

• Elevate coaching, career pathing and talent development programs that attract and retain world-class talent. 

• Cultivate a unified global culture with locally relevant execution — balancing consistency of message with regional nuance. 

• Balance transparent and inspirational leadership with a performance culture that sets a high bar and leaves no room for mediocrity. 
   

Demo Strategy & Agentic Platform Positioning 

• Own and drive nCino’s global demo strategy, establishing standards that position nCino as the definitive Agentic Platform for Banking. 

• Shift every engagement to outcomes-centric focus — anchoring demonstrations in the client’s future operating model and the associated outcomes. 

• Cultivate a Field Engineering organization renowned for its deep banking domain expertise and technical depth while accelerating its AI fluency — earning the credibility to serve as trusted advisors who guide clients toward their future. 

• Demonstrate command of regulatory environments and how they shape banking operations and risk mitigation globally.
