Trade Show and Events Manager

Our partner is seeking a Trade Show and Events Manager based in El Segundo, CA.

The Trade Show and Events Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of conferences and trade shows across all Epic business units.

**Responsibilities:**

- Research and organize event opportunities, maintaining a master event tracking sheet.
- Coordinate with exhibitors and vendors to secure booth spaces, registrations, services, and materials.
- Develop event programs, agendas, and schedules for corporate attendees.
- Manage the inventory of conference materials, including print collateral, promotional items, and exhibit displays.
- Create conference pack lists and arrange shipping to and from event locations.
- Collaborate with the Email Marketing Specialist and Digital Marketing Manager on campaigns to drive traffic to booth spaces.
- Devise promotional strategies, such as giveaways and raffles, to attract attendees.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and incorporate lessons learned into future event planning.
- Identify opportunities for business units to participate in industry events for brand awareness and client/candidate acquisition.
- Develop and execute candidate engagement events to support recruiting efforts.

Requirements

- Competitive Pay
