(Senior) HR Manager _ Focus: Payroll | Compensation & Benefits | HR Administration

<ul><li>Full responsibility for <strong>payroll coordination</strong> in Germany and internationally (collaboration with external payroll providers; review and approval of payroll runs).</li><li>Development, maintenance, and communication of <strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits programs</strong> (including company pension schemes, mobility benefits, international perks).</li><li><strong>Advising and supporting international employees</strong> on matters of German labor, tax, and social security law (e.g., onboarding, contract-related questions).</li><li><strong>Correspondence with public authorities</strong> (e.g., social insurance agencies, tax offices, immigration authorities) and communication with external service providers.</li><li>Creation, maintenance, and <strong>standardization of HR documents and guidelines</strong> (e.g., onboarding checklists, process SOPs).</li><li><strong>Lead administration of the HR Knowledge Management Platform (Jira)</strong> — structure, templates, access control, documentation quality, and reporting.</li><li>Participation in <strong>(digital) HR projects</strong> and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Ensuring <strong>compliance and process reliability</strong> across all administrative HR operations.</li><li>Preparation of <strong>reports, analyses, and KPIs</strong> for management and finance.</li></ul><ul><li>Degree in <strong>Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a comparable field of study</strong>.</li><li><strong>Several years of professional experience</strong> in HR, ideally with a focus on payroll, compensation &amp; benefits, and administration.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>German labor, tax, and social security law</strong>.</li><li>Experience supporting <strong>international employees</strong> and collaborating with <strong>global teams</strong>.</li><li>A <strong>structured, reliable, and solution-oriented</strong> working style with a high level of ownership.</li><li>Proficiency with <strong>HR systems</strong> (e.g., Personio) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).</li><li>Excellent <strong>German and English skills</strong>, both written and spoken.</li><li>Interest in <strong>sustainability, digitalization,</strong> and the ongoing development of <strong>modern HR structures</strong>.</li></ul>We are an international and diverse team of passionate and experienced experts, <strong>joining forces for a sustainable future</strong>!
