THE ROLE
When you join the YES Prep team, some of the exciting work and responsibilities will include:
Intentional recruitment efforts resulting in campus applications
- Creating and leading recruitment and enrollment efforts for your campus, acting as the liaison between campus personnel and Home Office on all lottery-related issues;
- Create a campus specific recruitment plan and coordinate all recruitment efforts
- Execute student recruitment strategies that target families with school-aged children within a 5-mile radius of the assigned campus
- Build relationships with community partners in order to build brand awareness
- Build community connections by attending community events, fairs, tabling events and getting to know the community on regular basis
- Collaborate with other campus staff on recruitment and engagement events to greet and nurture relationships with new families.
- Maintain and cultivate a solid waitlist after lottery by providing communication and sustained recruitment efforts
Campus maintains or is above enrollment
- Offer seats in a timely manner and make all efforts to ensure campus is at enrollment year around
- Monitor quality of applications submitted and resolves issues in a timely manner
- Ensure all new families are effectively on-boarded from the time they apply with ongoing communications and invitation to tours and/or open houses.
- Monitor progress towards goals and make meaningful and timely adjustments in order to meet enrollment benchmarks
- Ensuring compliance with all state, federal and organizational policies and procedures with regards to student data;
