We're actively interviewing candidates to support neighborhood outreach and lead generation throughout the Columbus metro area, including Worthington, Reynoldsburg, Hilliard, Lewis Center, and surrounding communities.

For nearly 20 years, Window Nation has helped homeowners enhance the beauty, comfort, and energy efficiency of their homes with high-quality replacement windows and doors. What You'll Do:

• Connect with homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach
• Introduce Window Nation's premium window and door solutions
• Follow proven talking points and presentations provided during training
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
• Deliver exceptional customer service while answering homeowner questions professionally

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

At least 1 year of work experience

Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods, with or without accommodation

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Background in canvassing, customer service, retail, event marketing, field marketing, lead generation, door-to-door outreach, or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence engaging with new people and starting conversations
• Positive attitude and a team-first mentality

Standard Schedule:

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Schedules may vary periodically based on business needs, seasonal demand, and weather conditions.
