Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Director to join our team! In this role you will help provide support and vision for Parsons' innovation and growth, ensuring high quality and impactful work products, supporting strategic initiatives, and advancing learning within the organization.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Technical Weapons Analysis

• Senior Level All-Source for S&TI Analysis

• Modeling and Simulation Leadership & Collaboration

• Leading and Mentoring Staff

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering

• 20+ years experience within the DoD / IC

• 10+ years experience in a managerial role

Required Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain or maintain Polygraph

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Personnel & Supervisory Leadership

• Mentoring & Training Personnel

• Radar, Signal Processing

• Modeling & Simulation

• Analytical Tool Development

Salary Range: 

$165,000.00 - $310,000.00
