We are currently seeking a Delivery Director to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).
Job Summary:
The Delivery Director for this engagement will be the NTT Data lead on this account and will be responsible for all aspects of the engagement. This person should be comfortable managing over 120 FTEs with an annual budget of approximately $100 million, engaging regularly with staff and sub-contractors, interfacing with client executives, leading the technical direction, and identifying and mitigating any risk. This role will interface with the highest-level IT executives in this US Federal Civilian agency and will be responsible for attaining the success of the engagement both in client satisfaction and meeting or exceeding NTT Data financial goals.
Job Duties:
- Manages all aspects of this high-visibility, high-value, complex, mission critical program to include the strategic information technology network, applications, and systems, all of which involve multiple projects, tasks and groups of personnel—working at multiple locations on a 24/7 basis.
- Utilizes proven leadership skills to organize, direct, and ensure deployment of resources with broad technical, business, and industry expertise and skills across all program operations.
- Oversees the program’s budget, schedules and all aspect of financial management.
- Manages program funds, personnel, production standards, and resources (equipment and facilities)
- Ensures quality and timely delivery of all contractual items.
- Serves as focal point of contract with client regarding all program activities.
- Interfaces with agency and contract operations management, stakeholders, OCIO on regular basis.
- Develops an evaluation methodology to assess program strengths and identify areas of improvement.
- Ensures goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance.
- Conducts meetings with Government Stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or engineering.
- Minimum 15 years' experience managing Federal IT IDIQ programs.
- Minimum 12 years' experience managing a large government data center with security, networking, back-up/recovery responsibilities.
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing the transition from On-Prem to Cloud/Cloud Hybrid.
- Certified Project Manager (PMP).
- ITIL V4 Certified.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in successfully leading agile-based DevSecOps software development.
- Experience in migrating legacy and other applications to the cloud/cloud hybrid.
- Knowledgeable in data center operations, management, and disaster recovery.
- Experience in delivering and managing all facets of agency wide network operations, new and legacy software O&M, cybersecurity, SOC management, Service desk, field services support, unified communications and telecommunications operations, stakeholder management, systems/ networks/applications modernization, cloud utilization, data center services.
