We're hiring Production Analysts to provide data support and analysis for the pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Baltimore, Maryland.

The Production Analyst is responsible for the qualification, data analysis, data accuracy and change control for ERP master data. The Production Analyst creates and/or modifies data definitions and data, including, but not limited to all objects, views and fields within or associated with ERP. In addition, this position offers recommendations to enhance workflow and increase efficiency.
This is a full-time, salaried position and is 100% onsite. The schedule Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
Catalent’s FDA-licensed, state-of-the-art CGMP manufacturing facility for Gene Therapies is located on the Harmans/BWI campus in Baltimore, Maryland. The campus, featuring two manufacturing facilities, supports Phase 3 through commercial manufacturing of advanced therapeutic products, including Adeno-associated Virus (AAV), and other viral vector-based therapies and vaccines.

The Role
Defines data details in alignment with manufacturing and operational needs.
Responsible for the qualification, data analysis, data accuracy for ERP transactions.
Creates and/or modify data, including but not limited to all objects, views and fields within the function.
Maintains accurate, up-to-date ERP transactions for assigned business processes, ensures timely updates and eliminates duplicate/obsolete data.
Communicates and interacts with other Operational and Information Stewards and Manufacturing end users of JDE to resolve issues regarding ERP transactions.
Offers, evaluates and implements recommendations to enhance workflow and increase efficiency.
Works cross-functionally with Manufacturing and Operations personnel to ensure material inventory established in the ERP system is reflective of material inventory available for use.

The Candidate
Bachelor's Degree in a related technical or business concentration (Supply Chain, Project Management, Logistics Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, Finance, Business Planning or equivalent) required.
A minimum of two (2) years’ relevant work experience with planning and/or data analysis.
Prior experience with planning and/or data analysis in a cGMP pharmaceutical environment, highly preferred.
Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems required.
Prior experience with JD Edwards systems, highly preferred.
Understanding of biological or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
The anticipated salary range for this position in Maryland is $74,000 – $95,000 plus shift differential and annual bonus, when eligible. The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc. Catalent is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
