The Role

This role, with guidance from the VP, Strategic Initiatives will support a variety of Strategy & Planning needs across the Fidelity Health organization. Engaging at both the Fidelity Health level as well as with several of our product domains (Health & Benefit Accounts and Digital Health Experience), the Business Analyst will assist in the creation, tracking and reporting of key initiatives and objectives through KPIs and other structures. This role will also support the creation of both executive and internal communications, the development and execution of internal events including All Associates Meetings and Showcase Days. In this role, you will use organizational, project management, data analysis and communication skills to connect dots and help the Strategic Initiatives team clear the way for our stakeholders to deliver results for the organization. The Expertise and Skills You Have

  • 2+ years of Program Management, Strategy & Planning or similar experience

  • Experience supporting projects and/or programs with cross functional stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to investigate unfamiliar subject areas and problem sets, analyze a problem using data, derive informed insights, and define and communicate a narrative.

  • Ability to understand the business context and business value delivered by an initiative and track a program towards that goal.

  • Ability to clearly communicate through PowerPoint, written memos, and discussions with senior stakeholders.

  • You are a quick study. You are comfortable working in ambiguity and are able to effectively manage a diverse assignment set, developing the depth of knowledge necessary as you go

  • You must be highly skilled in the use of Excel to support data analysis and planning efforts, and PowerPoint to support effective communication to senior leadership.

  • Your ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders is critical. You have knowledge of and experience with agile teams and agile business practices. Experience with tools such as Jira Align and Workforce Connect would be a bonus.

  • This role is a key member of the Health Insights and Strategic Initiatives team where we strive to guide the organization towards its business goals.

  • The role is designed to fill gaps and span boundaries in our organization to help drive progress and results. You will establish and run programs that cut across silos to bridge gaps wherever those structures prevent us from making progress.

  • The Director is responsible for analyzing data to develop insights to help our business make informed decisions.
