Responsibilities
- Assist with processing and paying invoices after approval via ACH and check
- Bank account deposits
- Responding to vendor and customer questions and resolving issues
- Collecting receipts and approvals for various company purchases
- Resident banking and other accounting duties
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP and SAP Concur (preferred)
- Accounts payable experience (preferred)
- Ability to learn PointClickCare (EHR) and utilize Microsoft Office products (required)
- Prioritize tasks and accurately enter transactions (required)
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with a cohesive and collaborative team (required)
- Demonstrate positivity, enthusiasm, flexibility, and attention-to-detail (required)
- Possess excellent social, organizational, and customer service skills (required)

Must be able to pass a fitness assessment designated for this job title and perform all physical activities related to the position. Regular attendance in your assigned role is an essential job function.
Flu Considerations: Must commit to receiving annual flu vaccination; we will provide vaccination at QLI, free of charge
