Responsibilities

• Assist with processing and paying invoices after approval via ACH and check
• Bank account deposits
• Responding to vendor and customer questions and resolving issues
• Collecting receipts and approvals for various company purchases
• Resident banking and other accounting duties

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP and SAP Concur (preferred)
• Accounts payable experience (preferred)
• Ability to learn PointClickCare (EHR) and utilize Microsoft Office products (required)
• Prioritize tasks and accurately enter transactions (required)
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with a cohesive and collaborative team (required)
• Demonstrate positivity, enthusiasm, flexibility, and attention-to-detail (required)
• Possess excellent social, organizational, and customer service skills (required)

Must be able to pass a fitness assessment designated for this job title and perform all physical activities related to the position. Regular attendance in your assigned role is an essential job function.
