Role: Junior Account Manager 

Location: New York, New York 

About the role: 

OLIVER is looking for a Junior Account Manager to join the team!  

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal part in the growth and development of a fast-paced Spirits account. In this role you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will be assisting with incoming project briefs, fielding internal requests, and ensure we adhere to project timelines. A strong understanding of CRM and email deployment platforms is a plus. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized candidate, looking to start their career in agency account management or someone who would like to build on previous experience in a similar environment. The success of the role will rely on your ability to accurately brief in client asks and ensure accuracy of content/creative from the initial project request and follow-through to completion. 

What you will be doing: 

  • The management and execution of projects across a number of brands and deliverable types. 
  • Ensure all tasks and projects required are on brief and delivered in a timely fashion. 
  • Managing workflow and quality of output of your own work as well as of other team members (production, design, QC/QA, etc.) by assisting in creating timelines, schedules, project plans, resource planning and managing costs and budgets. 
  • Provide day to day support to all members of the account and project management team. 
  • Build and expand on existing client relationships.  

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Have at least 2 years of experience working in a client facing capacity, from handling client queries, to taking full and conclusive briefs. Internship experience will be considered. 
  • You will be ambitious and able to handle multiple projects autonomously in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines. 
  • Resourceful and enthusiastic, a natural problem-solver who learns quickly and responds well to changes and opportunities. 
  • You will be highly organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, strong administrative skills.  
  • Must be team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to problem-solve proactively and deal with multiple priorities. 
    • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $ $63,750.00 to $71,250.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
