And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.</p></div><p><strong>So, What's the role all about?</strong></p> <p><strong>As an Engineering Manager at NiCE Cognigy, you will lead a high-performing team of engineers and drive business impact through effective execution, people management, and strategic decision-making. </strong></p> <p>• Lead, mentor and coach a cross-functional team of software and QA engineers to achieve their full potential</p> <p>• Set performance expectations, establish goals, and conduct regular assessments for each team member</p> <p>• Provide resources and growth opportunities to continuously improve engineers' skills • Work proactively to remove obstacles blocking engineers from achieving their objectives</p> <p>• Set up organisational structures and processes that enable fast flow and scalability</p> <p>• Work closely with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to shape and drive Sprint Goals, covering new features, bug fixes, and continuous improvements</p> <p>• Drive cross-team and cross-role collaborations to ensure seamless feature delivery</p> <p>• Own HR Management tasks including recruitment, remuneration, career planning and long-term vacation planning</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;You are a people-first leader with a passion for building great teams and delivering exceptional results.
