Clerical Group Leader Radiology Full Time Days

Summary:

Under general supervision, functions as a lead resource person for clerical employees. Utilizes experience based knowledge of specific department/unit operations in order to assign work, establish work schedules and review the work of subordinate clerical personnel. Regularly performs a variety of clerical duties in addition to any lead responsibilities, such as typing, preparing reports, taking and relaying messages, and so forth. May monitor and oversee daily productivity of other staff as assigned, including training; assisting in the resolutions of problems; maintaining daily records; prioritizing tasks; coordinating schedules, coverage and assignments; acting as a liaison between assigned staff and customers; and authorizing time off. 

1. High School diploma or equivalent.

2. Two years of related clerical experience in order to be familiar with the coordination of a department's clerical support.
