Sales Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experience and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing our comfort advisors and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and attention to detail. 

Responsibilities:  

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of comfort advisors, ensuring they follow the sales system and meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations
• Auditing of job and commission sheets for accurate pricing and information
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, adjusting strategies as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards

Requirements

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM software
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
