Must Haves:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
6+ years of experience in security, military, or administrative fields
Higher education in a related field may substitute for up to 2 years of relevant experience
Strong verbal and electronic communication skills
Thorough understanding of security regulations and best practices
In-depth knowledge of 32 CFR 117: National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM)
Must have an ACTIVE Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance with SCI Eligibility
Preferred:
Previous experience with access control/visit control/badge management systems and software
Military or Defense Contractor experience
Knowledge of DoDM 5205.07 Vols. 1-4
Personnel Security Experience, familiarity with DoDM 5105.21 and DoD Instruction (DoDI) 5200.01
Physical Security experience, familiarity with ICD-705 Tech Specs.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $104,827.91 - $144,138.38. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
