The team consists of 30+ high-performing individuals from various backgrounds who work across 3 continents and 8 countries to make impactful hires for every department at Guidepoint.  </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Your Role</strong>  </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">As a <strong>Talent Acquisition Specialist</strong>, <strong>EMEA</strong>, you will attract, engage, and hire top early-career talent while also supporting recruitment for corporate and junior to mid-level roles. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level hires, build strong candidate pipelines, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast talent needs and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience across multiple talent segments.  </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a hybrid position in Athens, Greece. This person will report directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA.  </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>A Day in Your New Role</strong>  </span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own full-cycle recruitment for campus programs and corporate/junior to mid–level roles, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and post-offer engagement</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, improve quality of hire, and drive a collaborative, consistent hiring process</span>
