Come make your mark.</p> <h3>Finance Domain QA Lead&nbsp;</h3> <p>The Finance Domain QA Lead ensures Accordion's software and AI-enabled solutions are validated against real finance workflows, control expectations, and business decision contexts. This impactful role will be critical in translating finance-domain knowledge into acceptance criteria, scenario design, risk tiers, and domain signoff standards.</p> <p>This position will ideally be based in one of our US offices and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week (also eligible for remote candidates).</p> <p>This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do:</h3> <p><strong>Domain Acceptance Design</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define finance-oriented validation criteria for workflows involving accounting, close, reporting, FP&amp;A, transaction support, analytics, or CFO decision support</li> <li>Translate finance process expectations into realistic scenarios, exception cases, and acceptance standards</li> </ul> <p><strong>Controls &amp; Materiality Review</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with QA and Engineering to identify where outputs could create business risk, control breakdowns, or materially misleading outcomes</li> <li>Help determine which workflows require enhanced review, human signoff, or restricted deployment</li> </ul> <p><strong>SME Review Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate fractional finance QA reviewers from practices for high-risk releases and scenario validation</li> <li>Create a lightweight but repeatable process for domain-level review</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pod Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Advise pods on business correctness, not just technical functionality</li> <li>Review evaluation results and help distinguish low-value
