Job Summary:

Lead the North America Market Customer Operations for all routes to Market.  Responsible for operational success and integration of activities with other organizational functions wihin Supply Chain and other organizations as Sales Operations. Fully accountable for the success of the Customer Operations and Logistics teams for the NA, with special focus on the Total Customer Experience, which spans beyond purely the Customer Ops team. Owns a significant number of measurable functional and operational goals and priorities that impact the overall market.  Assumes responsibility for the successful implementation of business plans. Contributes to the overall strategic definition of a function with strong business acumen. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Develops and leads the delivery of the Customer Experience roadmap and the business process initiatives across the North America Market.

• Own the Logistics across the North America Market

• Identify and develop how to increase customer/partner satisfactions through effective processes and increased focus on TCE metrics

• Manages the allocation of resources, including personnel, budgets, and equipment, to ensure optimal operational performance.

• Holds responsibility for talent management and succession planning, ensuring that the appropriate tools and processes are in place to support the team.

• Actively partners with internal and external stakeholders and/or suppliers on a regular basis, and manages 3rd party relationships.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Certified Professional In Supply Management (Standards Organizations)

Knowledge & Skills
• Significant Supply Chain and Operations background
• Deep understanding of the market and industry business operations and standards.
• Ability to build forward-thinking partnerships with other organizatons within HP ( Sales Operations, Sales, Finance)
• Experieced leadership skills, particularly in complex, international, and cross functional teams.
• Program management and prioritization skills.
• Advanced communication skills, catered to a wide variety of audiences. 
• Excellent business acumen and understanding of risk mitigation approaches
• Deep financial skills.
• Ability to manage complex processes concurrently.
• Advanced consulting, influencing and negotiation skills
