The Opportunity:
Leading a high-performing team, you will chart the strategic direction, cultivate vital partnerships, and drive exceptional sales results to elevate Salesforce and join our AI-revolution as an ‘intelligent’ CRM, making it easy for every company and employee to harness the power of AI.
Your mission:
You will play a key role as you lead this highly visible and motivated team that achieves individual, team and organisational quotas on Pipeline and Revenue. Your team is responsible for developing and qualifying pipeline and revenue opportunities within the Northern Europe customer territory. They generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline by conducting strategic research and cold calling. You'll be a valuable contributor to the corporate sales strategy while providing a definition and implementation of the plan for Sales to achieve company goals.

Your main responsibilities:
Hire, train, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) whose role consists of prospecting, pipeline building, and opportunity identification for our Northern Europe sales organisation
Grow and manage a team of high performers, developing the next generation of talent while building a diverse team
Be an enabler of an inclusive and winning team spirit
Build strong team unity and internal connections, fostering collaboration across the Salesforce ecosystem
Empower team members to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, monthly metrics, and creative incentives
Regularly report on team/team member results - quantity & quality of pipeline/leads and revenue to Sales Managers
Establish and nurture relationships with Key Stakeholders
Work closely with Marketing on defining campaign follow-up and reporting
Work closely with BDRs to ensure lead quality/quantity and proper follow-up
Work closely with Operations to make recommendations on process improvement
Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
What we are looking for:
Previous experience gained in software sales, preferably CRM or Enterprise Applications
Consistent proven track record of over-achievement of quota expectations in an individual contributor sales role
Demonstrated ability to create and inspire a successful team, with a consistent track record in building and managing high-performance teams.
A passion for building a thriving and diverse team
Proven track record of creating and inspiring successful teams
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and build trusted relationships
Outstanding communication, organisational and time management skills
Experience working in a multicultural and high-growth environment
