This critical role ensures that our process applications are perfectly aligned with the needs of both our organization and our external business partners.</p><p>You will collaborate with global business functions to understand limitations, strategies, and goals, implementing IT solutions that propel our strategic objectives. This role is all about transformation – enhancing the efficiency and productivity of current processes.</p><p>You'll manage outsourced services to ensure stability and security, develop best-practice procedures, and uphold global standards. With a focus on process governance and compliance, you'll lead technology implementation projects and process transformation initiatives to ensure seamless rollouts.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Serve as the process owner and governance lead for end-to-end ERP processes globally for Finance and Accounting in S4/HANA and integrated applications.</li> <li>Lead SAP FI/CO implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live, including change management and hypercare.</li> <li>Design and implement financial processes that meet business requirements.</li> <li>Act as the IT partner to internal customers and external partners on all FICO-related topics.</li> <li>Enhance the efficiency and productivity of business processes.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with business process templates and standards.</li> <li>Manage outsourced services and oversee global platforms, approving new requirements and change requests.</li> <li>Optimize and develop business processes within our SAP system in collaboration with our IT-service provider.</li> <li>Demonstrate strong relationship management skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration between users and IT.</li> <li>Track, pre-qualify, and prioritize new projects and change requests.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul> <li>Deep understanding of ERP applications and end-to-end core business processes.</li> <li>Expert knowledge in SAP S/4 modules: SAP-FI General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), SAP-CO Product Costing (CO-PC), and CO-Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).</li> <li>Hands-on experience solving process challenges on the SAP S/4HANA platform, with a focus on business process excellence.</li> <li>Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, financial controlling, financial management, order-to-cash, and procurement processes.</li> <li>Fluent in English (written and spoken).</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations effectively.</li> <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative as needed.</li> <li>Highly organized and detail-oriented.</li> <li>University degree (Bachelor or advanced) in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.</li> <li>8+ years of professional experience, ideally in a large or mid-sized internationally active company.</li> <li>Experience managing business applications and implementing IT solutions.</li> <li>Strong analytical thinking, conceptual skills, and excellent communication abilities.</li> <li>Solution-oriented mindset and pragmatic execution.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Join Us:</strong> If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and are excited about driving process excellence and innovation, we want to hear from you.
